AU Library has ZoomGov Meetings and Webinars available for checkout

Please note: 

  1. Reservations must be made 24 business hours in advance of meeting date/time.
  2. Available for AU, Maxwell, and Gunter personnel only.

Meetings have a maximum capacity of 350 attendees who can all participate with video, audio, and screen-sharing. 

Webinars have a maximum capacity of 1000 attendees. Only 'Hosts' and 'Panelists' can participate with video, audio, and screen-sharing. 

An 350 attendee CUI/PII meeting (IL4) is also available but has the following security restrictions:

  • No recording

  • No streaming on Facebook, Youtube, etc.

  • No posting meeting to public website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

  • No private chat

  • 2 hosts required. You will need to appoint someone else as a host during the meeting.

  • Only hosts can share their screen.
