The Air University has implemented a mandatory service desk for all Canvas or course requests: AU Service Desk

AU Library does NOT have access to Canvas or student enrollment systems and CANNOT issue certificates or transcripts and CANNOT troubleshoot or remedy any course or Canvas issues.
